Troubleshooting & Diagnostic Guide
Encountering an unexpected error or slow processing when working with a file? Most issues are related to browser memory or local device constraints and can be solved quickly.
1. Large Files & Device Memory (RAM) Limitations
Because supported tools execute locally inside your web browser, processing very large files (such as 200MB+ PDFs or dozens of 50MP images at once) depends on your available system RAM.
2. Corrupted, Incomplete, or Password-Protected PDFs
If a PDF file was damaged during download, has syntax errors, or is encrypted with a password, the browser rendering engine may not be able to parse the document structure.
3. Camera Permissions & QR Code Scanner
When using the live QR Code Scanner, your browser must be granted camera access. If camera access was previously blocked or another app is currently using the camera, scanning will fail.
4. Cached Script Issues & Hard Refresh
When new features or bug fixes are deployed, older cached JavaScript files in your browser can occasionally cause temporary mismatch errors.
